1. Introduction. This sweepstake is sponsored by LeadCreations.com, LLC. ("Sponsor"), and offered through DigiSweeps.com ("Promoters") announcing many different prizes. LeadCreations.com, LLC is solely responsible for the administration of this offer. The owners of trademarked names and merchandise used in our promotions do not sponsor and have not endorsed this promotion, nor are they affiliated with the promotion in any way. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners with all rights reserved. 4 winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received through DigiSweeps.com. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received through DigiSweeps.com. The Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States. Void where prohibited.

2. Timing. The Sweepstakes begins March 1, 2004 at noon U.S. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends December 31, 2005 at noon ET ("Sweepstakes Period").

3. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and Promoters, their respective related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

4. How to Enter. To enter online, complete the online entry form provided on DigiSweeps.com. By completing the online entry form, you are agreeing to be notified by e-mail if you are the winner of the Sweepstakes. All parts of the entry must be filled out correctly; lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage due entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels are void. Only one (1) entry per e-mail address is permitted. Duplicated entries will not be accepted. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. In the unlikely event the Sponsor encounters technical or equipment failures such as telephone network lines failing, computer online systems failing, servers and/or provider services go down, or human error in connection with the sweepstakes, etc., the Sponsor and promoters will not be held responsible. Collection and handling of personally identifiable information will be in accordance to the Privacy Policy as posted on DigiSweeps.com. Use of any automated system or agent to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. Selection of Potential Winner. On or about December 31, 2005, Sponsor will randomly select four (4) potential winners from among all eligible entries received through DigiSweeps.com. Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winners will be notified by mail within ten (10) days of the drawing. Except where prohibited, potential winner must sign and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim their prize. If the potential winners cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact them or if they fail to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, they will be disqualified, and an alternate entrant will be selected in their place at random from among all eligible entries received for DigiSweeps.com. If a winner has not reached the age of majority in his/her home state, then the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian.

6. Prize. Four(4) Prizes will be awarded. For a list of prizes available, click here. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor and Promoter, who reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use. Sponsor will withhold and/or report taxes as required by the applicable law of Sponsor and/or Promoter's jurisdiction and winner's jurisdiction.

7. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winners' consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

8. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's or any Promoter's Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and Promoter reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Promoter, their respective officers, directors, employees, parent companies, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, Sponsor's liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall Sponsor be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrant agrees that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the U.S. Federal and State Courts of Dade County, Florida, U.S.A.

10. Data Collection. Sponsor and Promoters collect personal information from you when you enter the Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to the Privacy Policy of the site through which you enter the Sweepstakes.

11. Winner's List/Official Rules. The official results and list of Winners for this Sweepstake will be posted in the “Winners” section of DigiSweeps.com.
